"Ac broke down but they failed to warn customers who were left to find out during failed check-in"

Nothing I turn up at the hotel looking for some well deserved sleep, after a taxi preceded by a long day work. The hotel refused to checked me in at 1 am, their ac had broked down, sure it happened, but could they have warned ahead of it, definitely, very unprofessional

The location

The AC was not working well enough, so in the room was still pretty hot. Reality is that the system looked very outdated, so even when they fixed the problems they were having it was still hot in the room. We were actually trying to escape the heatwave with our little child for one night and this hotel did not deliver what it promised. For being a 4 stars it really felt disappointing, the facility is old and not so well taken care.

Het was heel warm en de airco was kapot. Slapen was het een probleem Prijs van ontbijt is wel aan de hogere kant
