Llegamos y nos dijeron que no les funcionaba el aire acondicionado, nos ofrecían cancelación gratuita, pero muy bordes nos dijeron que nos buscáramos otro hotel. No nos ayudaron en NADA. Simplemente que nos fuéramos de ahí. Les dijimos que podrían haber avisado antes (correo, llamada...) para buscar una alternativa, ya que viajamos de Barcelona a Bruselas y llegamos al hotel a las 18h de la tarde, con lo que tenían muchas horas para llamar con antelación. Su respuesta fue que sí, que estaban avisando a otras personas, pero a los de hoy no.

"Grande réactivité du personnel qui a proposé des avantages commerciaux appréciables en dédommagement de l’inconfort indu"

Sa situation .. son confort .. la taille des chambres mais surtout la réactivité et la gentillesse du personnel .

La température très élevée dans les chambres : La climatisation est restée en panne tout le week-end alors que c’était la canicule à Bruxelles!
