Room was great, quiet with a park overview. Breakfast was fine, plenty of variety. Location was great for what I needed.

Location near tram and quick access to the city. Comfortable room. Saki in the restaurant was so lovely. Great to have a bath.

Hotel could do with a little updating in the bedroom.
