It’s really nice hotel, clean and nice staf!

This place is special ! The staff (Sergio) unbelievably welcoming and friendly. You feel immediately at home. The rooms are vintage and beautiful. The hotels location and views are not possible to describe. We will absolutely stay here every time.

Nice hotel with ocean views. Conveniently located along one of the main roads and not too many steps up from Spaggia. There's a few places across the street for food and cocktails. Franco's bar is a nice place to grab drinks around sunset.

Friendly and accomodating staff. The hotel and rooms were clean and followed all local COVID guidelines to the letter - always felt comfortable and safe. The view from our room was absolutely stunning! Really cannot fault our stay at this lovely hotel.

Staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was alright. The place is beautiful, unique and super clean. The views from my bedroom were expectacular!

The staff at the hotel was very helpful and friendly. The restaurant at the hotel was excellent, and the views from the balcony are picturesque, definitely would return to this hotel

This is a beautiful hotel in a wonderful location. I loved that they had there own under the hotel parking and the location can't beat. The only thing we were disappointed in is that we could not get a reservation for dinner the night we stayed there and had to go elsewhere.

Everything was amazing at Hotel California. You cannot beat the value of this accomodation in Positano. Nice staff (I think especially John? I donot remember everyone's names but a gentleman helped me with finding another hotel since theirs was fully booked after my stay). The view the coast from the restaurant is amazing. Free breakfast as well. Will definitely come back!

Lovely hotel with amazing views -- a little further up the hill than some, so be prepared to hoof it up there! The service at the hotel and restaurant was outstanding! We enjoyed feeling like their guests of honor everytime anyone saw us. This is nit-picky, but we wished there was a comfy, non-dining area to sit and enjoy the view from the hotel, and that it was easier to store our own snacks/drinks in the minifridge (which served only as the minibar -- which is super-reasonably priced, by the way).

The service is amazing and the owners go out of their way to make you comfortable.
