Pleasant stay. Room is clean and newly renovated. Staff is friendly. Many personal thanks to Sonise, who resolved some issues with my check-in quickly and professionally. Please keep in mind, that afterhours nobody is on reception, and entrance door is locked, so please pay attention to access code, which they email you with booking confirmation.

Nice hotel, though the after hours check-in was terrible.

Hotel was in a handy location for accessing the train station and Geneva itself. Hotel was good but rooms where a little hot and the noise outside meant that you couldn't open the window overnight

I arrived to the train station with my bags. I walked all the way to the hotel. Front door was locked. I called the mumber on the door to check in but no one answered. I walked all the way to the other location to check in and then walked back (again with bags). When I told the guy who checked me and I showed him the (many) emails I received from property with none mentioning about check in, he said: “we can’t control the website”. And they require you send your passport by email prior to arrival which is completely unsafe to do.

Close to train station and bus station so it was easy to travel in and out of the city to explore different cities or countries

close to Geneva train station, however very unusual reception arrangements for luggage deposit. i had to provide a time for them to collect my luggage. doesn’t make alot of sense since the reception states it’s open between 9-6pm.
