Convenient location. Within 5 minutes of Genevé Train Station! Ideal for tourists planning to take day trips out of Geneva. Sufficiently equipped with facilities.

The staff were very polite and helpful . They arranged for our luggage to be held for the day and made some tourist suggestions.

PROS: Great location with lots of cafes/restaurants at doorstep. Comfortable & quiet. Excellent & very accomodating staff. Free laundry facilities- great for travellers to catch up with washing. CONS: Lack of storage space. No ice available on premises - had to go to sister property 400 m away if you wanted ice.

Apartment is located in city center, close to the lake and tourist areas. Rooms are a little noisy, because they face the city street.

everything was absolutely amazing. great location etc. only issue: no reception available. other than that we absolutely enjoyed and will definitely stay here again

No key cards, code entry was unique but overall convenient. Location was decent. Be warned, the amenties list parking when booking but in fact you have to park at a public garage and pay. The major disappointment was that we specifically chose the place because it offered air conditioning, however when we arrived they didnt tell us it was broken. When we inquired, we were told it would be fixed but it wasnt, and the after hours agent on the phome was not helpful and never followed up.

I had a lot of problem with the code to the door. At the evening there was no receptionist so I was afried to leave the hotel and not to be able to return to my room Another thing is the cleaning. The didn’t clean the room during my stay. I had to beg in order to receive at least clean and dry towels.
