"Camera singola con sorpresa"

Per un errore sul sistema di prenotazione del cliente, mi è stata assegnata una camera singola al posto della doppia prenotata. La camera singola non era assolutamente all'altezza di un 4 stelle ma nemmeno di un 3 stelle, basti pensare che la doccia era letteralmente sopra il WC con solo una piccola tendina di separazione. Orribile. Devo però dire che il servizio di Hotels.com ha funzionato bene, una volta che ho fatto notare l'errore mi hanno spostato su una struttura 3 stelle (sempre della proprietà del Vienna) decisamente migliore.

Das Personal war super freundlich und konnte sehr gut Deutsch sprechen. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat uns sehr angesprochen und die Croissants waren super. Die Einrichtung ist eher im Alten Stil.

"A great place to stay out of season."

A very nice hotel near the beach and an English pub in Rimini! The staff were excellent, very helpful and courteous. Allowed a late checkout without any fuss. Breakfast had quite a good choice, yoghurt, cheese, ham, brioche, etc etc. Would have been nice to see some fresh fruit however. I would stay again.

L'hotel è ubicato in una posizione ottimale per raggiungere facilmente il centro della città; inoltre si trova vicinissimo ai locali più frequentati della zona mare. Il personale è gentilissimo e il servizio di qualità. La camera assegnata era un po' piccola, ma carina, pulita e accogliente.
