"L'onestà e la correttezza sarebbero gradite"

Premessa: impatto pessimo al check-in, dove viene assegnata una stanza ECONOMY che non aveva finestra nè in stanza nè in bagno, ma solo un lucernaio sottotetto (era una stanza minuscola al piano mansardato). Ho pertanto dovuto chiamare il servizio clienti Hotels.com e poi tornare in reception chiedendo lumi. La signora della reception, senza una parola di scusa nè altro, dinnanzi al palese tentativo di fregatura andatole non a buon fine, si limita a fornirmi la chiave della nuova stanza al secondo piano. Non ho parole... (Post scriptum: ho notato, leggendo poi dopo le recensioni sul noto sito, che è una loro prassi usuale...davvero complimenti) Per essere obiettivi, tra i vantaggi e le cose positive registro: staff della sala colazione, signore addette alle pulizie e posizione vicina alla spiaggia, che è convenzionata a 7 euro al gg a persona. Altre note negative: l'aria condizionata della stanza 201 perde acqua e c'era un lago a terra, l'insonorizzazione è inesistente, l'armadio cade a pezzi. Ma tutto trascurabile, se si fossero posti diversamente.

"In complesso esperienza da rifare"

Ho scoperto l'albergo per caso cercando offerte last minute e sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso. La camera era un po' troppo piccola, con arredi datati e non troppo pulita. Ma in complesso è andato tutto bene. Personale cordiale, disponibile ed efficiente. La cosa migliore è il ristorante, veramente ottimo

"Buona struttura posizione ottima"

La struttura si trova in ottima posizione, vicina al mare e sul viale Regina Elena. Accoglienza al check-in ottima, personale professionale e gentile, camera pulita e confortevole, colazione ottima e abbondante, Il parcheggio a pagamento, garantisce sempre un posto a qualunque ora si arriva. Consiglio questo hotel

"hotel pessimo "

Camere piccole e datate ma il peggio e’ che priva l obsoleto sistema di climatizzazione non funzionava . A voler trovare qualche nota positiva e’ la buona posizione e camerieri gentilissimi e simpatici .

"Nice hotel"

The room was big and clean. Also, the balcony was very good. The staff was nice. Besides, the breakfast was so nice. Also, what I got from the hotel was more than what I paid. So, the price was so cheap for that hotel.
