la cortesia dell'arrivo e l'aiuto a cambiare camera

sala Puccini mancavano 6 lampadine delle 8 a soffitto praticamente al buio, le mattonelle nel pavimento bagno divelte mancavano prodotti e telo bagno - sostituita camera nella Paganini illuminazione ad intermittenza, ho dovuto disattivare un faretto per non state al buio e la tv era staccata oltre a mancare una asciugamano media viso. il frigo era spento - colazione solo in camera su scelta serale non è praticabile la sala colazione quindi buffet a 9 euro non esistente. 4 stelle nel prezzo. solo una parola. IGNOBILE ma ho pagato e non tornerò mai più qui da Voi. Grazie

Huge room with a big bathroom. Very comfortable and quiet. Only weird thing is I had no pillows.

I couldn't figure out which light switch worked which lights.
