"Ein freundliches Traditionshaus in sehr guter Lage"

Wir haben das Hotel wegen seiner logistischen Lage zwischen Bahnhof und Altstadt ausgewählt. Damit hatten wir recht. Das Zimmer war einfach, punktete aber mit einem Fresko ( 19. Jh. , nicht Giotto, wie sich das Zimmer nannte ) über die ganze Zimmerdecke. Das Personal an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück war außergewöhnlich freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfreich, wie keines auf unserer Toskana-Reise. Als wir wegen eines Generalstreiks unsere Reise nicht plangerecht fortsetzen konnten, erhielten wir von der Rezeption sogar als Trost Martini und Aperol spendiert.
