Friendly, family-owned site just outside Siena's Porta dei Pispini is very comfortable and even has a great view of the city. I stayed two nights. Breakfast was included and was pretty good. An on-site pool has that nice view. I didn't partake of that or the gym. I booked last-minute and was very satisfied. They have free on-site parking, which was a big deal for me. Room was good sized and fairly comfortable. Bathroom as well. Would definitely stay there again.
Fantastic location, wonderful pool, nice big bed, great breakfast, amazing view of the old town from the room. Perhaps a fan or AC would be nice as it was quite hot even with the window open.
This small hotel is located in walking distance from the city center of Siena. The staff is extremely friendly and efficient. The breakfast was enough and good quality. The room was comfortable and clean, the bathroom would need some renovation though. Overall a very good experience.

From check in to check out, this family run hotel met our requirements for our stay in Siena. Fantastic location just outside of Siena but within easy walking distance to this beautiful Medieval city. Great pool to cool down in during the very hot weather. And good breakfast to get your day started.
Hotel Il Giardino is in a fantastic location just outside the walls of Siena! It's a small hotel but it's a little tired and needs a refreshing of the Reception area, very dark and the stairs and carpet leading up to the original part of the hotel need a lick of paint and some updatingl too. The pool area is amazing and is exceptionally well policed by the person who looks after this area. After a long day, it's an added bonus to come back to a hotel that's so central and to its beautful pool with drinks if required. The breakfast was very good and the service too. The view of Siena from the breakfast room is picture perfect and beautiful.
Tranquil and pleasant, great view of Siena. Small charming rose garden. Nice management provided some extra help when we needed it.

It is great location and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Everything was perfect however, we found the bed too hard.
