Great place, large apartments, great views, good location. Very family friendly. Nice pool for the kids (although by end of September it was too cold too to swim in).

The bed in the master bedroom was a bit hard. The very limited hours for key collection added stress when we encountered traffic along the way ( they are very fair and communicated this in advance, but it did add stress when we knew we had to be there by 6 and couldn't take any additional stops in the way when we encountered a lot of traffic.

The house, garden and pool are very attractive. Very quiet. Short drive to San Gimignano and Certaldo. The spacious room at the back of the house with a wonderful view of the valley was very comfortable. Good bathroom, shower, beds, cotton sheets. Excellent cleaners, daily clean towels.

It's a shame that the breakfast does not even approach the standard of the rest of the facilities. We received a basket in the evening for the following day. There were no fresh products, no milk or butter, a lot of sweet foods eg tarts, jams, fruit juice and biscottes, a tiny white bridge roll per person. We bought fresh bread, butter, milk, cheese and fruit from the local store and drank the tea we brought with us. It should not have been necessary. At least we had a small fridge in the room but it hummed loudly at all times, even more each time it was opened. It was quite tricky getting our medium sized car into the allocated parking space.

everything was super!

Fantastic view. Very clean and has all kitchen equipment provided. Basket of breakfast food, water, Juice, coffee delivered daily with fresh bakery items. Easy check in. Nice pool, little bit small but wasn't busy so not an issue. Used local restaurants as recommended by staff, the food and ambience of them were excellent. Very relaxing, quiet location. Plenty towels.

Beds were hard. Car parking space very tight.

We liked the views, the size of the apartment, the location near San Gimignano and the hills, the decoration and the kids liked the pool a lot. The host is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very nice.

The apartment wasn't cleaned the 3 nights we were there. There were no blinds in the East room. The photos made us think the garden is much bigger.

It was really great experience- beautiful house with excellent view - very comfortable and cozy. On the top of that the personnel was very helpful and generous- we got a bottle of good vine as a welcome gift!
