Hotel YIT Vereda Real

Good inexpensive hotel in an industrial area.

I will start by saying that the price is great, and the staff are very kind. The rooms are pretty and I wasn’t too hot despite the 90/40+ degree temperatures outside. That is where the pros end, unfortunately. The mini fridge in our room wasn’t working, and it hadn’t been cleaned at all prior to our stay, so there was nowhere to store food or drinks. There were extra blankets in the closet, but the one that is on the bed is so thin that it’s basically just a sheet. The pillows were horrifically uncomfortable, and I usually don’t say things like that. Dinner was fine, decently affordable but got old after the second day. We took a taxi to get dinner elsewhere on our third night. Breakfast was awful and should have been complimentary for how little there was. I hate to say it, but I feel like the hotel management counts on their remoteness and charges whatever they want for food in hopes that visitors will be too lazy to go elsewhere. The lobby is clean and smells great, but everything else just wasn’t up to par in terms of cleanliness. The door to our bathroom was broken, or just poorly maintained. It didn’t fit, I guess, because there was a loud screeching noise every time I tried to close it. I was afraid I’d broken it the first time, but I heard the same sound coming from multiple rooms. I had high hopes for this four-star hotel, but I can say with confidence that it isn’t worth four stars, or your money. I’m sorry to the hotel staff, you all were very kind.

It’s a nice place out of the city. Amenities are great and the menu is good as well. It’s a nice place for relaxing as there isn’t much to do near by. Enjoyed my stay though!

Hôtel très bien, par contre le petit-déjeuner et le restaurant pour le soir sont digues d'une cantine de restaurant universitaire bas de gamme !!!

En ese establecimiento ya estuve otras veces.y bueno no es espectacular pero sí tranquilo y cerca de todo Bien en esta ocasión en la zona lateral del bar se lío una buena porque según los escuchaba algún camarero se llevó dinero que no era suyo y pertenecía al hotel. Yo no sé si es cierto o no .era lo que decía el encargado. pero me preocupa poco . Creo que eso se lo puede decir a los empleados en una zona aislada de los clientes habrá salas o despachos. De todas maneras supongo que a nadie le gusta que le llamen ladrón y la actitud de los camareros después de la bronca no era la más amigable. Lo cual me parece lógico . Cuando la única opción que se da a los empleados el pagar entre todos lo que desapareció o el despido

Está muy descuidado

Ótimo hotel. Quarto amplo e limpo. Estacionamento na lateral.
