I loved the staff! Very friendly and also helpful! To name a few, Luna who was the waitress and also bartender was super sweet and went above and beyond to service us. Fran and Beatriz at the front desk were also very sweet. Fran gave us a map and directions on how to get to the metro as well as good restaurant recommendation near by. We would definitely be staying there again on our next visit to Sevilla! Also, the rooms were comfortable. We all slept well. 😬

Aftensmad på hotellet ringe på hotellet set i forhold til pris. Vi kunne ikke købe en øl før kl. 18, kun vand fra automat. Hotellet lå afsides, når man har kørt hele dagen for at komme hertil

Das Hotel ist OK aber sieht besser auf den Bildern als im Echt.Der Frühstück sollte verbessert werden. Keine Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten außer Poolsaison bzw. nicht angemessen.

Lovely hotel and a nice rom. The receptionists was very nice BUT the bartender in the bar was disgusting and very rude! I notice many other guest having problem whit the same bartender.. i will never go back to this hotel if the same bartender is there Adios

Cheap but not soo cheerful. Receptionist friendly but check in was slow as on her own. Entrance area looks grand. Room ok but aircon was not good. Fridge didn't chill anything properly, no kettle to have morning tea or coffee, not what I'd expect from 4 star. Pool and gardwn small, bins not emptied although were full at 6pm in evening and still full at midday the next day. Cigarette end all over grass and sugar sachets/napkins on floor. Cafeteria supposed to be open til midnight, lights off and shut about half hour before that!! Stayed in better equiped 2 star hotels. Some free toiletries, comb and shoe polish kit do not make up for other shortfalls

Hotel a pocos kilometros del centro de Sevilla. La habitación es buena y no le falta un detalle. El baño bueno aunque la alcachofa de la ducha es bastante mejorable. El aparcamiento exterior es publico. Recomiendo el Hotel.
