The room was spacious and clean. There was an odor from the plumping system in the bathroom that was unpleasant, however the window in the room opened so we could eliminate the odor by keeping the window open all night.

A comfortable enough place to sleep right across from the main train station, if that’s all you need. Rooms were dusty, well worn, shower was falling apart and bed was not the most comfortable. The hotel is in a very dodgy area so walking around other than to and from the station - especially as a solo female traveller, is not a smart idea. Was fine for just the night for an early train the next day but otherwise I wouldn’t stay here again.

The accommodation was right next so the train station. It made getting around a breeze.

A century old hotel with great staff! Located right across from Frankfurt central station. Clean and a good value for the money. I try to rate properties on their own values and not as a comparison to others. Try to get a room on the second floor with a street view so you can look out the window and see the hotel sign. Only done this one other time at the Chelsea in New York!

Location: very good; right next to the central train station & taxi bay Woman at the breakfast buffet today: change her. We need a warm and welcoming person out there. Breakfast buffet: not worth it; just grab some food at the central train station lol Check in and check out: quick; staff are good Toilettries: l’occitane which i like but the nail file and nail cleaners are unnecessary Fridge: Free 1 bottle of beer, 2 bottles of water, cola Bed: blankets were folded not set; firm mattress Room: i can hear people talking from next door; good space; no control for AC nor heater Towels are old but smelled clean; no slippers; no bath robes; with TV but cable is not working; My fault: i did not complain, so here it is for everyone to see

The location is amazing. It’s literally across the street from the main train station. I only stayed one night prior to going to airport so convenient. Easy to find your way back from anywhere because most trains, subway and buses go to the main station. The lobby was very fancy looking. Working elevator. Super cute room, clean free mini fridge with drinks. Having attend in multiple hotels over 2 weeks it was definitely my favorite. After reading reviews about area not being safe because of drugs gangs I did not walk from hotel to things I wanted to see but took quick transportation away from station and felt safe. Also was never concerned about crossing the street to the hotel from station. Would stay there again

Older once grand hotel. Great staff and great location for access to main train station, nice breakfast.

It’s right outside of the main station which is handy but it’s also noisy. Once inside, the hotel is lovely. Though they say international TV none of the English stations listed worked and neither did captions. Taxis park out front which is very nice. There’s many restaurants in walking distance.

The hotel was in a good location and good value for the money, with a full breakfast and comfortable beds. It’s a bit worn, but servicable for a few days in Frankfurt.
