Nichts

Beim Einchecken nicht das gebuchte Zimmer erhalten. Nach Einwand wieder nicht das gebuchte Zimmer erhalten. Zimmer was zwar größer als das erste, aber bei weitem keine 38 qm ohne Sofa, ohne Sitzecke. Nochmaliger Einwand erfolgte nicht. War mir zu blöd zumal das Personal an der Rezeption nicht so richtig motiviert erschien Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt !! Beim Auschecken bemängelt, Antwort man würde das Housekeeping informieren. Ich werde dort nicht nochmal übernachten.
