Excellent hotel. Clean bright well furnished room. Great location just across the bridge from the old town.

Could have been more generous with the toiletries one tiny bar of hand soap for 3 people, which wasn't replenished.

It was centrally located and able to walk everywhere. The room, bed, facilities were very comfortable. There was so much variety of food for breakfast and great quality. Staff were very friendly and helpful

The location was convenient and easy to access.

The service at check-in was disappointing. The receptionist was unfriendly and unwilling to provide her name when asked. Although we arrived early and understood that our rooms might not be ready, no effort was made to check whether at least one of our two booked rooms was available. The interaction felt unhelpful and unwelcoming. The luggage storage area did not feel secure, as our luggage was left behind the bar in an area accessible to others. Fortunately, nothing was missing, but it did not inspire confidence. The hotel did not meet our expectations for a four-star property. The rooms lacked amenities commonly expected at that level, such as a refrigerator, and there was no room service. The carpets, furniture, and overall condition of the property appeared old and in need of renovation. There was also a noticeable stale smell in parts of the hotel.
