From the moment you arrive, the location is breathtaking - nestled in the alps and part of the famous row of buildings associated with Innsbruck - the staff were very helpful, the rooms surprisingly modern, the beds comfortable with close access to the old town and all public transport.

The neighbourhood behind and around the hotel wasn't the nicest - stay focussed on the front, across the bridge and into the old town.

Excellent location. Property was clean. Nice rooms and bathrooms. They had a bar open in the evenings, which we didn’t use but others did. They had a coffee/tea machine that customers could use which was a nice touch and was appreciated. The breakfast was great!

The only area that I would say could use some improvement was not all staff were pleasant or helpful. There were 1-2 front desk people that were fantastic the rest could use some customer service training.
