It was clean and had a lovely restaurant downstairs

We were told we had breakfast included but she charged us for it. The television was broken when we tried to turn it on and as we were leaving, she tried to charge us for 2 drinks out of the mini bar that we didn't take, so we're not sure how often they check the rooms...

Only stayed one night: staff was friendly, especially in the restaurant: they were joking all evening and a food was actually great. Beds were comfortable.

The location of the hotel was perfect. The bus stop was next to the hotel. The staff was nice and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

There was not hot kitchen. There was no vegan menu at brekfast.

Breakfast was amazing and the staff were really lovely!

Bathrooms need an upgrade.

The bedrooms and corridors could really have done with a makeover.They looked tired.

The location is great, as you can easily reach the center of Innsbruck by car, bus or even by foot (even though you will have to walk for about 20 min).

The hotel is very old and has not been renovated for quite some time. The cleanliness in the room was good, but the restroom of the breakfast area was filthy. There was a bothering smell in the entrance area and the rooms get very hot in the summer.
