Outstanding location right in the center of the old town. Modern facilities in a beautiful old building Very efficient and accomodating staff.

Our beautiful room had a small balcony, a nice surprise.

Shower was a bit difficult to use; some drips to the floor through the glass partition.

Great location, beautiful large rooms, friendly staff, awesome breakfast buffet served in cafe with rooms overlooking the river. Overall the perfect place to stay in Salzburg

Nothing! Couldn’t find a fault!

Location on the river and in the Altstadt, historical building full with history. Hugh suite with all comfort and a super good bed. Breakfast is amazing and the team give you a perfect service. Also the staff in the reception is very nice and has experience. They all give the clients maximum service. Salzburg is beautifull with good shops and food. We will return, two days was too short.

You could improve the hangup system of the shower. Now you can only use it as a handshower.
