Bed - extremely comfortable. Breakfast - the Austrian cheese selection was a delight and I know one member of our party was thrilled to be able to have sachertorte for his birthday breakfast. Staff - friendly and welcoming and very happy to help or offer advice. It was my partner's 60th birthday and the surprise room upgrade with extra mozart balls and a small bottle of Austrian fizz was a lovely touch. Location - quiet, easy to get to and perfect for wandering the old town.

Fantastic location right in the middle of the historic district. Staff very polite and friendly. Comfortable bed a spacious room.

The shower was difficult to use and to fit on the wall.

Wunderschönes Zimmer in bester Lage in der Altstadt.

Die Kaffeemaschine ist undicht und etwas kompliziert zu bedienen. Das Frühstück ist unverschämt teuer.

Ein sehr schönes altes Hotel, das den Flair von Luxus verströmt. Liegt perfekt zentral, mit allen vor und Nachteilen. Ob shoppen oder Sightseeing, alles startet direkt vor der Haustür. Bevor der Tag startet, stärkt man sich am besten bei einem guten Frühstück, mit frischen Kaffee und toller Auswahl

So richtig nicht gefallen, gab es nicht. Eine Dusche, anstatt einer Dusch-Badewanne, würde dem Zimmer sehr gut stehen.
