"Kulinarik top, Kinderbetreuung ok!"

Das Essen war der Wahnsinn!!!

Die Kinderbetreuung war nicht ganz unser Fall. Dijana war toll, aber sie alleine ist zu wenig für so viele Kinder. Die zweite Betreuungsperson war nicht gut. Hat sich nicht gekümmert. Außerdem war der Spieleraum sehr kalt.

"Je gaat niet teleurgesteld naar huis. Voor mij is het altijd een beetje thuis komen"

Je wordt hier uitstekend behandeld als hotelgast. Eerder alsof je lid bent van de Hotel Sonne-familie. Het is hier aangenaam vertoeven, goede voorzieningen, aangenaam personeel en uitstekende kwaliteit.

Doordat het all-inclusive is zijn er gasten die hun drank mee naar de kamer nemen en nadien achterlaten in de gang. Het geeft zo'n slordig uitzicht wat het hotel totaal niet verdient.

"Bezbrižno alpsko ljetovanje uz all inclusive"

Samo područje Saalbach Hinterglemm je zbilja lijepo, pitoreskno, uredno alpsko ljetovalište i skijalište. Gužve nisu usporedive s morskom obalom. Vrijeme prekrasno. Osobno sam više cijenio kišovito i oblačno vrijeme koje pruža super osvježenje u ljetnim mjesecima, uz puno (uglavnom sportskih) sadržaja dostupnih i po takvom vremenu. Panorame, šetnice, hladna rijeka Saalach, pritoka većeg Salzacha koja prolazi kroz mjesto. Draga vlasnica i brojni simpatični, pristojni i uslužni zaposlenici, neki iz naših, južnijih krajeva, kao npr. Biljana i Danijel koji su nam dodatno olakšali i poboljšali boravak. Po meni dobar omjer uloženo/dobiveno s obzirom na razinu usluge, udobnost i sadržaje koji odgovaraju kategoriji 4*+. Dobar jutarnji, podnevni, poslijepodnevni buffet i a la carte jela. Zanimljiva ponuda jutarnjih i poludnevnih sportskih aktivnosti i raznovrstan spa. Svakako preporučamo!

Teško za pronaći. Iako u biti nije neka zamjerka, možda bih uz hladne dodao i tople napitke u spa. (možda to i postoji tijekom zime, nismo pitali) Uglavnom, praktički nije bilo stvari koje nam se nisu svidjele.

Alles! Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war unfassbar herzlich und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Die Hoteleigenen Kinderwagen sind leider nicht zum wandern geeignet - lieber den eigenen mitbringen, dann ist alles perfekt :)

"Excellent, would really recommend. The short travel connection was also good thing!"

Quality of hotel very good. Staff excellent. Would really recommend for families especially. Construction of hotel meant that you could not hear guests in other rooms above or showering for instance!

Being very picky the location was a little out of town. This would not have mattered if there had been enough snow to skiing back to hotel, which can be the case. Otherwise the shuttle bus was required which was only a call away.
