"Perfect hotel to stay 2-3 days in Graz"

Good location close to the city center and the main interesting places. Convenient connection to the train station by tram. Very complete breakfast. Nice staff. Shower with good pressure and temperature. Good value for money. Pillow somewhat flat for me.

The hotel location and view are good. The heating in the room did not work, and it was cold. The reception did not care and would not even provide extra blankets. My wife got a cold from the stay. The front desk is not very service oriented. We would recommend staying elsewhere.

Great location to get to a great city. The road construction was annoying, but it will be over in the near future, so don't hesitate. The breakfast was one of the best we've had. Our room was large and comfy. The room had two sets of double pane windows - noise was never a problem. Will return.
