Everything - rooms and comfy beds, great location and view, amazing food at the Beletage and Poststube, design, excellent spa, helpful staff, and tranquility and beauty of the surroundings. Perfect break!

A mirror above the sink (for shaving) would be nice :)

Frühstück, Restaurants, Zusatzangebot, Aussicht, und Spa traumhaft!

Das Schlafzimmer war gar nicht beheizt und es hat auch sehr lange gedauert bis es warm wurde, ca 2 Tage also erst bei der Abreise wars angenehm.

- E-bike rental - Nice interior design - 2 restaurants inside, both exceptional (especially comared to the average standards in similar locations) - The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but the quality was high - Nice view at breakfast (if you catch one of the good tables) - The temperature in the room was nice, it wasn't cold as it is in many other accomodations in Austria. - The pool and sauna area has a stunning interior and is kept perfectly clean.

Our overall experience was great, but some aspects of the accommodation didn't quite meet my expectations: - The hotel was unable to offer me a spot as the parking lot was completely full. It seems the number of parking spaces is inadequate for the size of the hotel. Finding a free spot nearby is also hard, and you can only pay for a few hour intervals, so you have to renew it, which is really uncomfortable. - The ventilation in the toilet is inadequate. There is no individual extractor fan; it's connected to a central system which is so weak it's as if it's not even there. - The room layout is very unconventional: there is no separate bathroom. While the toilet is in a private cubicle, the washbasin and the shower cabin are located directly within the bedroom area. While not necessarily a negative, it might be worth noting.

Leider gab es 2er Eier beim Frühstück, d.h. Eier aus Bodenhaltung - das ist die Info, die ich vom Mann am Frühstücksbuffet erhalten habe, nachdem er auf den Eiern die Nummern überprüft hat. Ich habe meinen Unmut darüber auch weitergegeben und die Dame meinte zunächst, dass es sich um Bioeier handle und danach, dass auf dem Lieferschein "Freilandeier" steht. Es wäre gut bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie, das sich für Nachhaltigkeit rühmt, das nochmals zu überprüfen und sicherzustellen, dass Bioeier (Nummer 0) angeboten werden. Die Hauptspeise beim Abendessen war sehr lieblos - ein Fischfilet und einige Kartoffel (die zum Großteil nicht durch waren) auf einem großen Teller ohne weitere Deko und das zu einem recht hohen Preis. Bisher hatte ich immer nur wunderbare Essenserfahrungen in diesem Hotel/Restuarant. Ich hoffe also, dass das eine Ausnahme war.
