Die Lage des Hotels ist wunderschön und die Küche von Lukas Nagl übertrifft seit 4 Jahren immer unsere Erwartungen. Personal in der Küche und im Service sehr freundlich und gut eingespielt.

Der Empfang an der Rezeption hat in den letzten 2 Jahren merklich an Qualität verloren. Bei Übergaben an neue Kollegen wird nicht kommuniziert und Informationen gehen verloren. Ich habe im ganzen Hotel und Restaurantbereich nicht feststellen können ob es eine verantwortliche Führungskraft gibt.
