Not only is the hotel charming, historic and in one of the most beautiful settings imaginable, I must commend the staff. At dinner, a piece of food lodged in my throat. The staff immediately went into action, keeping me calm, and contacting the hospital, which sent an ambulance immediately. The staff never left my side; always there to make sure that I was taken care of and, being on foreign soil, comforted me in knowing that the Austrian health care system was extremely fine (which it was...I am just fine because of them). Trust me when I say that this is a hotel that transcends it's historic roots. The people of Im Weissen Rossl are what make it great.

Hadde egentlig en dårlig opplevelse med dette hotellet. Forvirrende annonse. Lake View ble definert som et lite gløtt av sjøen blant alle stygge hustakene , men kunne så vidt se sjøen mellom to hus. Da vi kom opp på rommet, gikk jeg straks ned i resepsjonen og klagde på utsikten, men resepsjonisten sa at Expedia hadde uklar teks i annonsen. ( dette burde de da eventuellt tatt opp med Expedia, og ikke latt kunden lide for det ) for å få et rom med full sjøutsikt , måtte jeg legge på bordet € 82, - rommet hadde jeg allerede betalt € 311 ) Helt uhørt ! Hotellet hadde mange ledige rom. De burde ha gitt meg et bedre rom i utgangspunktet, i alle fall upgradert meg uten kostnader. Hotellet ville ha fått en fornøyd kunde uten ekstra utgifter, da rengjøringen av rom er den samme hvor det ligger i hotellet. Resepsjonen snakket nedsettende om Expedia, og at Expedia hadde skylden for dette. Det var ikke første g@ng de hadde dette problemet med gjester som hadde booket via Expedia. Merkelig at hotelledelsen ikke da har tatt opp dette med Expedia. - elendig takling av hotellet - Never go there !!!

Sehr schön ... überaus freundliches Personal .... mit etwas Fantasie konnte man sich viele Jahre zurück versetzen .... entspannend ..... empfehlenswert!

窗外景色優美，非常適合渡假

Waren bereits zum zweiten Mal dort und waren dabei in zwei verschiedenen Zimmern. Die Lage am See ist sehr schön und der Aussenbereich mit dem tollen Schwimmbad im Freien im See ist schon einmalig!! Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und engagiert!!! Das Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr groß und umfangreich und hat garantiert für Jeden das Richtige. Etwas Kritik gibt es: ein Zimmer, das wir beim ersten Besuch hatten, wirkt z.t. etwas altmodisch (50er Jahre-Charme) und sollte teilweise renoviert werden. Der Teppichboden war hier eindeutig überfällig. Die Betten und Matratzen waren dagegen hervorragend! Garagen sind natürlich nicht im Haus, ein paar wenige sind 5min entfernt - ist aber kein Problem. Der Preis ist m.E. etwas zu hoch (da müssten alle(!) Zimmer up-to-date sein.

Unglaubliches Hotel... mehrere Häuser verknüpft... ist wie ein Labyrinth! Super Service! Reichhaltiges Frühstück mit Seeblick

Location was very Good. There was a fine view. However, room was not clean.

I booked my hotel and was late to arrive I tried to call hotel many times cause they say chick in end 7 pm they did not answer When I reached hotel there was no one at reception took lot of time to find my reservations The two stars are only for the view, swimming pool and outdoor jacuzzi Apart from that, a cold deal and staff behavior as cold as Austria's snow in January not only that they lied about hotel detail in booking and Expedia they try to mislead and hide important information such as the apartment buildings are far from the main building (which contains services like the spa swimming pool and restaurant ) for at least ten minutes, The apartment have no telephone connection to the hotel or umbrellas and are not cleaned daily it even does not have a lift so if you are in the 4th floor then good luck carrying your Heavy bags upstairs. A lake view ha ha ha. ( small windows high up need to stand to see the view ) there is no receptions at the apartment building only Cleaning lady that are difficult to communicate with This hotel is trying tho foul visited by selling them an expensive rooms in other building far away and claiming it's having same standard as the hotel they should have 2 account one for hotel and other for the apartments with 2 different prices cause they are totally different, In options that are far better at the same Lake location and with less price check out is at 10 am you better get out or you will pay 55 €/ extra hr
