Airport bus shuttle is key. Very good driver as well.

All was wonderful

Free breakfast is excellent, shuttle to airport was really helpful, and we were able to have 5 people in one room ... which is rare in Europe. Did not try restaurant on site, but that is an excellent perk. It was a good hotel in a safe area. Would stay again, expecially if using MXP airport.

The hotel was wonderful in that we had 5 people in one room. The shuttle was seemless in giving us a ride from the airport after returning our rental car in the evening and then the next morning to fly out. The free breakfast was excellent. Be aware there is no air conditioning, but having our window open cooled the room well.

We stayed here on our last night of vacation. We chose it because of its proximity to MXP. The staff was excellent, they volunteered to drive us to drop off our rental car that night so we didnt have to worry about it the next morning and then drove us again the next morning to the airport. The breakfast options in the morning were good and the room was nice and clean.

Clean. Shuttle service to airport the restaurant really good but the waiter not nice.

We chose this hotel because it was close to MXP and we were flying out the following morning. The staff went out of their way to offer to let us drop off our rental car that night at the airport and pick my husband up there so we wouldn't have to deal with it in the morning. They then drove us all to the airport the next morning. They had a lovely little breakfast buffet in the morning as well. The staff were great!

Room clean

Very good value for money. The restaurant in the summer months is on a patio immediately downstairs, so that was very convenient. The shuttle service picked us up at a train station before our stay, and brought us to Malpensa at the end. Very kind people, excellent service. The room is basic and functional. The surrounding area is not very walkable or interesting.

I appreciated the free shuttle service.
