She ended up staying at the beginning and end of our trip. We were very happy both times. The shuttle was timely & one less thing to worry about on our trip. The room was simple but all we needed. Great breakfast & incredible restaurant on site.

"Good hotel close to airport"

The room was small however clean and comfortable. It had a bar and resturant and also provided an airport shuttle service. Staff were very friendly and very helpful and helped us to work out obtaining tickets to get to the next town to visit other family

We arrived later than expected however staff went out of there way for us. We really appreciated that they put out mind at rest and went above and beyond by both collecting us from the airport and checking us from the airport later than advertised. Hotel room was a family room and well spaced out with double bed, a single and a bunk bed. All comfortable beds and bathroom was a decent size, with a great shower. Admittedly there is some noise from outside, with the hotel being near the airport and on a main road in the village. Yes the hotel, might need some modernisation but then it felt like a typical independent 'homely' European hotel, so we liked it. The hotel is conveniently located, only a few minutes walk to the train station, which takes you straight into the Centre of Milan. We only used it initially because of having an evening flight and not wanting a hotel too far away from the airport. Overall, a great location, amazing staff and great value family room. Also included the free shuttle ride which was an added bonus.

Courtesy shuttle driver was a 5 star gentleman. Air Conditioning, shower pressure and hot water all were excellent. Bed very comfortable. 11:00am check in is a godsend. We came in to MXP on an overnight flight and needed a place to crash and get over jet lag. This place checked all the right boxes. Not fancy but everything you need. More authentic than the hotel chains at the airport. Also, within a 5 minute walk is a great place to get awesome beer, wonderful food, and local culture—it’s called CRAZY PUB. Highly recommend.
