Excellent hotel, amazing staff

Very friendly staff, dinner was great..lots of locals come for dinner and breakfast was also good. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. It's close to the airport so shuttle transport was greatly appreciated and accomodating. There's also a gelato shop down the street a shortwalk for your last hit of gelato!! and UBER services if you need them. What a great find!!

Great option for MXP, great staff, excellent restaurant

Me and my wife have a wonderful experience, they were very accommodating, Mario, the shuttle driver was very helpful and the food at their restaurant is A1.

Room was up against a very noisy road and we could not get it switched. Plus we were under a primary flight path for MXP. Sleeping was difficult. Check in person and shuttle person were very friendly! Restaurant server (man) was not friendly. Room was VERY BASIC, not even cups for water. Restaurant food was very good and convenient.

Service was excellent. Close to the airport and the shuttle service was super convenient. The food at the restaurant was amazing. The hotel has breakfast included which was also really good. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We booked this room because we had a late arriving easyJet flight into Malpensa airport T2 and then had to get a train the next morning to Lake Garda from the nearby train station. The communication before arriving was fantastic, shuttle bus picked us up and took us to the hotel and there was an offer of a free return shuttle back to the airport the next day too. Breakfast was yummy and included in the room rate. The room was very clean however we were in room 1 on the ground floor and could hear the restaurant staff cleaning up at the end of their night as they chatted to each other. We could hear all the cars driving by which we can cope with but then at about 5:30 in the morning we could hear plastic wrapped linen being unloaded into the hallway just outside our room which woke us up. Then to top it all off (and I know the hotel can't stop inconsiderate guests) but the person in the next room had a family video call on speaker phone at 2:30am resulting in me having to bang on the wall as we could hear everything being said on the call as the walls aren't very well soundproofed. He then had another video call at 06:30 - in what world is this acceptable?! I wish I'd stayed at the Moxy directly outside T2 at Malpensa airport as that would have been much quieter with better soundproofing.

VERY friendly staff. GREAT bar about 3 minutes away that has a fantastic menu.

Service is good and very clean
