Bon rapport qualité prix pour nore location. Très bon accueil, et personnel agréable

We stayed here 3 nights in mid May and used it as a base for visits to the Caen Memorial and the Normandy D Day beaches etc. We were satisfied with what we got. The free outdoor parking was excellent and having an Aldi supermarket across the road was a plus. The suburban location made driving easy. There was no lift but we were helped to carry luggage upstairs. The room was on the top floor with a window in the roof which did not seem to open. It was quiet and clean and the fridge stove and microwave worked well. The free wifi worked ok but you had to log on again each time and came with adverts. The only negative for us was the inability to open the window to let cool air in so sometimes we had to leave the door open to avoid being too warm. During warmer months the lack of air conditioning might be a problem with our room, however, it might be OK for rooms where a window could be opened.

Petit établissement sans prétention avec tout ce dont on a besoin et un très bon accueil. Excellent rapport qualité prix et environnement calme.

Il n'y avait pas de gants dans la salle de bain. Il aurait été intéressant de trouver un ou 2 sachets de thé dans la chambre ainsi qu'un peu de café. C'était un studio trop petit pour deux personnes et les murs ne sont pas insonorisés. Cela dit, pour une simple nuit lorsque l'on assiste à un concert au Zénith, l'emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal.

Personnel très agréable. Arrêt de bus juste devant parfait pour se déplacer en transport en commun et à 800m du Zénith.

É um hotel bastante simples, no entanto, bastante acolhedor. O hotel possui um pequeno estacionamento e o quarto é bem confortável, com um excelente banheiro, além de possuir frigobar e cafeteira. O café da manhã, embora pago à parte (como quase todos na França), é simples e bom. Enfim, embora simples, o hotel possui um excelente custo-benefício, sendo superior a muitos hotéis com preços superiores.
