"Super schöne Anlage mit Fellnase"

Wer einen Hund hat, kennt die Herausforderung ein Hotel zu finden, in dem sich auch die Fellnase wohl fühlt. Hier hat man einfach alles… der Hund darf mit ins Restaurant, in den Poolbereich und an den privaten Strand des Hotels zu den Liegen. Die Anlage ist wie ein kleiner Park. Super gepflegt und überall mediterrane Pflanzen. Einfach toll für uns alle. Das Frühstück war lecker, reichhaltig und sogar bis 11 Uhr. Die Zimmer sind wie kleine Bungalows aneinander gereiht. Dadurch kann man mit dem Hund direkt raus. Der Strand ist allerdings sehr klein. Mit Hund ca 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Zum nächsten größeren Hundestrand benötigt man ein Auto.

Ein kleines Bier kostet satte 6€. Das sind schon stolze Preise. Das Abendessen ist a la Carte oder per Menüwahl für stolze 50€. Wir waren leider nur 2 Nächte da. Am Morgen der ersten Nacht wurden wir um 7 Uhr von Baulärm auf unserem Dach geweckt. Der ganze Lärm dauerte bis ca 11 Uhr. Die Dächer wurden mit Solarpaneelen ausgestattet. Wir waren echt gerädert und enttäuscht und fragten an der Rezeption nach einem Preisnachlass oder Ähnliches. Man sagte uns, man müsste den Manager fragen und sollten wiederkommen. 4 x waren wir an der Rezeption. Um 19.30 Uhr bot man uns in einem 1 Stunde entfernten Restaurant einen Gutschein an. Viel zu spät. Unser Flug ging am nächsten Morgen um 7 Uhr. Beim Check out sagten wir nochmal, dass wir alles so toll fanden, aber das war wirklich schlechter Service. Ob es einen Preisnachlass für nächstes Jahr evtl gebe. Sie schrieb sich meine Mail auf und wollte natürlich den Manager fragen. Eine Mail haben wir natürlich nie erhalten. Dafür gibt es nun nur 8 Punkte. Entweder vermietet man diese Zimmer nicht oder kommt dem Kunden entgegen. Es ist immerhin teuer bezahlter Erholungsurlaub.

Breakfast was good, beautiful beach 15-20 minutes walk from the hotel, big very clean room

Wi-fi did not work 4 days out of 6. No restaurant or cafe in the proximity other than the hotel ones

La vue depuis le jardin.

Nous avons été sous classés dans une chambre confort au lieu de la chambre supérieure. Il a fallu négocier pour obtenir la chambre choisie. C’est toujours ennuyeux. Une fois passé ce contre temps, le séjour était bien.

Das Hotel ist viel weiter vom Meer/Strand entfernt (mindestens 15 Minuten Fußweg), als die Fotos vermitteln
