Hotel Ollastu

Loved the gardens and pool area. The bedroom spacious and very clean. Lots of areas to chill out in. Very relaxed atmosphere when we were there not overly busy …. Nice breakfast selection

It is a little on the pricey side and is out of the way. We were able to walk to the beach and the nearby town on a back road but if you want to venture further you would need a car but we were happy to stay within the vicinity

It’s really beautiful place with beautiful people. We really enjoyed it!

There was some workers next to our room like they change the roof of other buildings next to us it was a bit noisy , but we are ok with it because we see how they care about make it nice for next guests! So without problem . 😊❤️

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und es war alles vorhanden vom Müsli bis zum Kuchen. etc Zimmer war sehr sauber und ruhig gelegen. Der Strand war schön. Innert wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Sehr schöne Garten und Poolanlage. Und Top Service der Dame an der Poolbar.

Das Personal beim Frühstück hat Potential. Sie standen mehrheitlich herum und kamen von sich aus nie um eine Bestellung aufzunehmen. Was einwenig Schade war. Liegestühle leider nicht inkl. mit 70 Euro für 2 Personen sehr teuer. Hunde waren im ganzen Hotel erlaubt auch im Essbereich was aus unserer Sicht auch nicht so toll war.

Il punto forte della struttura è il giardino molto curato con le piscine e il ristorante davvero di ottima qualità. Abbiamo mangiato sempre bene, i camerieri e i maitre gentili e cordiali

La camera non mi è piaciuta, avevo prenotato una stanza familiare superior ma mi sembrava una semplicissima stanza un po’ claustrofobica, se quella era considerata una suite non riesco a immaginare le altre. La spiaggia vicina non era il massimo che si può trovare in Sardegna, per avere belle spiagge bisogna spostarsi, oltretutto la spiaggia a pagamento di un di ombrellone e due lettini ad 80 euro al giorno non era accettabile era un furto.

Dès l’arrivée, l’accueil a donné le ton : froid, impersonnel et interminable. Aucun sourire, aucune chaleur. Le soir, pour l’anniversaire de mon mari, nous avons simplement demandé au bar de garder deux verres afin de finir nos cocktails tranquillement. Réponse ? Refus catégorique, sous prétexte que « tout le personnel est filmé en permanence » et qu’il est strictement interdit de s’éloigner du bar avec un verre, même en le rapportant ensuite. Quelle ambiance… Jacuzzi frais et sale. Nous avions prévu une sortie sur l’île de Tavolara : encore une désillusion. Les transferts de l’hôtel ne partent qu’à 11h30, autant dire que la moitié de la journée est déjà perdue. Et que dire de la fameuse « plage magnifique de l’hôtel » ? L’accès n’est possible qu’en payant 70 € supplémentaires pour un parasol… qu’on n’a même pas eu le droit d’ouvrir à cause du vent ! Le comble : si vous n’avez pas payé pour ce parasol, vous n’avez même pas le droit d’utiliser les toilettes de la plage. Enfin, l’hôtel est présenté comme « familial ». En réalité, il n’a rien de chaleureux ni de convivial : direction rigide, règles absurdes, aucun sens du service

Very good breakfast with variety of offers for people intolerant to gluten and lactose! Very nice gardens and outdoor facilities and excellent restaurant in the hotel!

The offered check - in hour is too late, after 7 p.m. Also the daily set up of the room is done too late between 2 - 5 p.m and at that time one could take a rest. There were construction works during my stay and that doesn`t make a good impression to the guest. Noisy installation of solar panels started 8.00 a.m. and continued till 5 - 6 p.m.
