Nice room and close to city square. You will need to pay in Euros to reserve your room. Don't expect a smile from the staff here. All business.

Very welcoming great location

We would never stay at this property again. We booked an apartment room and did not realize this was not in the hotel property. Therefore we had to pay to park in a lot that was not convenient. The check in process was lengthy, as the front office clerk made it seem like he was doing something he has never done before. It was 15 minutes just to get our room key with nobody in line in front of us. Our room was very uninviting and even worse was SO uncomfortable. The bed was awful and they did nothing to ensure privacy, as we could hear all the other guests’ conversations in their rooms. They put a film over the bathroom window, but it definitely did not completely block the view of anyone walking outside. We slept terrible all 4 nights we were there. The ONLY plus of this hotel is the location. Oh, and the “toiletries” were a dispenser on the wall.

Loved the charm of this hotel. We had a 2nd floor corner room that looked out over the street as well as the church. Breakfast was good, cozy and comfortable. Parking was an issue. Would stay again.

The stay was nice and the staff was nice and friendly. The shower was really small in size. The website is misleading when it says personal parking area. There is only 4-5 spots. Or you park down the street. Very good breakfast and the Italian restaurant attached to the hotel that served some delicious food. I would recommend the hotel but inform them of the shortcomings.

We had booked one of the apartments, and found it very inadequate. Even though is was suppose to be an apartment, it had no sitting area. There were only three straight back chairs at a kitchen table. No sofa or comfortable easy chairs. The sliding glass shower door was hanging by one slider at the top (there should have been two, and one at the bottom. It couldn't be closed properly, and was in danger of falling off completely. During the night, the radiator started vibrating loudly, and could only be stopped by turning it on fully. There was no wifi in the room. The next morning, we told them that we would not stay in that room another night, and they moved us to a room in the main hotel. It was large with comfortable seating, however the heat did not work, and we had to use a portable heater. There was also a bad (like sewer) odor coming from the shower drain. The general condition of the hotel was showing it's age, and needs a lot of updating. To add insult to injury, we were charged an 10 Euro supplement because we checked in early (around noon), even though the room was ready and had been empty the night before. The maids were extremely helpful and kind to us considering the conditions. The breakfast options were inadequate, and not nearly as good as years ago when we stayed here.
