mauvais accueil par le personnel ; on dérange car l'accueil est dans le bar en dessous des chambres aucun équipement, fauteuil, salon, la piscine est un mouchoir de poche avec deux fauteuils le petit déjeuner est dans le bar nous avons quitté l'établissement avant la fin programmée ; impossible de dormir avec le bar en dessous, de plus le matelas était défoncé !

We loved this property the pool was the highlight especially after long days of walking.

Location is perfect. Right on a busy piazza with cafes and restaurants around it. Good view of the lake. The bed was very comfy and big. The room was a good size. Cleaning staff were really friendly and nice.

Decor was dated. Shower needed updated. When you turn the shower on, you can't get in without the water going over your head, so if you're hoping to keep your hair dry, there is no chance. The bathroom has nowhere to hang your clothes or store your stuff. We could hear when rooms around us flushed the toilet. The "pool" area was not as advertised. One dip pool, the pool was maybe 5 feet wide. 2 sunbeds. 4 people could comfortably be up here . Sun faces the loungers all day, no shade and the beds get too hot to touch. There's no way to get away from the glare of the sun. No lounge area in the hotel to relax. Hotel staff were mostly ok, not too friendly, but not rude either.

L’isolation phonique est catastrophique. Difficile de s’endormir et réveillé très tôt le matin.

The location is the best in Menaggio. The infinity pool and sauna are the highlight of this hotel

Идеальный, небольшой отель с шикарным видом из окна и отличным месторасположением! Паркинг в отеле есть, покажут где, без проблем! Паркинг запирается на ключ, все тихо и спокойно!

На завтрак нет яиц, но это причем много где! Можно выйти из отеля, повернуть налево и опять же слева, на против церкви, есть кафе где очень вкусно готовят завтраки, рекомендую омлет с лососем👍
