"Beautiful and charming hotel, unfortunately spoilt by poor staff."

Room 205 was excellent. Prime position with spectacular views.

Emplacement central ( bien que très bruyant du fait que l'hôtel est situé sur une place au dessus de restaurants, glaciers , bars, qui sont très bruyants et d'un bord de route ou passent sans arrêt des véhicules. Il faut aimer le bruit et l'animation .Si vous recherchez le calme passez votre chemin) Chambre spacieuse .SDB correcte

Nous avions réservée une chambre avec terrasse et vue sur le lac . A notre arrivée chambre sans terrasse attribuée ( cela a été rectifié concernant la terrasse mais la vue sur le lac est cachée par d'énormes pins )Nous avons bénéficié d'un geste commercial de 2 nuits de parking offertes ( sur 4 nuits d'hôtel réservées) Décoration datée bien que soignée ( chambre Louis Philippe ) Piscine qui s'apparente à un petit couloir de nage mais trop petit pour y nager on peut juste se tremper ( mais la vue est magnifique de la piscine qui est sur le toit mais selon moi la piscine est très dangereuse pour des enfants ) 2 bain de soleil double pour tout l'hôtel ( qui étaient occupés , nous n'avons donc pas pu en bénéficier les 2 fois ou nous sommes montés à la piscine) Restaurant cher et de mauvaise qualité Parking disponible en supplément 22 euros / jour TV 1chaine française

Everything was perfect, from the views, location and room to the fabulous rooftop pool, we had a wonderful stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful i highly recommend spending an afternoon by the pool watching the boats on the lake below.

We loved staying here… the room was spacious & the view was just gorgeous. We had breakfast & drinks on our balcony several times overlooking the piazza & lake. The restaurant downstairs was very handy & did aperitivo daily and meals throughout the day.

"Hyggelig hotel med hyggelig personale."

Super hotell, sentralt og hyggelig personale. Anbefaler rom med balkong mot Comosjøen. Takterrassen er mindre enn forventet men greit å ha når det er som varmest 😊

Prachtige locatie, centraal gelegen, aan het meer, prima parkeergarage met mogelijkheid tot opladen. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Fijn terras met lekkere drankjes en goed eten.

Geen geluidsoverlast van buiten maar kamers waren erg gehorig.

This is the 2nd time staying here. Love it. Very quaint. Clean, friendly, helpfully. Close to the marina to catch the ferry’s. And they have a pool! If I come back again I will be staying here👍👍👍👍
