Fornalutx Petit Hotel - Bed & Breakfast

Zimmer minimalistisch, jedoch stilvoll eingerichtet. Lage mega gut. Blick nach hinten auf den Pool und in die Berge schauend.

Bett sehr winzig für 2 Erwachsen Alles klein und fein, aber wir hatten Zimmer 2 und es war sehr hellhörig. Wir haben die Eingangstür bis tief in die Nacht jedes Mal knallen hören (jeweils 2 x Krachen). An erholsamen Schlaf war da leider nicht zu denken. Frühstück OK aber sehr überschaubar.

Heel goed gelegen. Lekker ontbijt; er werd ook goed rekening gehouden met voedingsallergieën.

Stijle trappen; niet goed geïsoleerd (en daarbij al vroeg veel lawaai van werken).

Comfy bed, good bathroom, nice pool.

No soundproofing and room was on ground floor next to the door which meant a very disruptive nights sleep. Could hear other guests in their rooms. Breakfast was very average - coffee isn’t great, choice is very limited. Would have expected a lot more for the price. The virtual check-in a pre-payment is horrible - they need to reconsider how they approach this as for this reason alone we could never recommend it.

A beautiful old building in the centre of this lovely village. A good breakfast. Wonderful views of the mountains.

The remote online reception was efficient but rather impersonal.

Location is wonderful, small terrace on back of hotel has great views and balcony in my room was nice. Large shower.

This "hotel" is in reality a BnB. There's no reception. You pay via a link they send you before you get your room details and how to enter the building with a code/where your room key is located. But for me the payment system didn't system didn't work. Breakfast is bread, croissant, a coffee machine, and you're provided packaged joghurt, mixed fruit, a slice or two of cheese and a thin slice of salmon or Serrano ham. Forget using this hotel if you're traveling with a bike -- they have no bike storage, will fine you 200 Euros if you try to bring your bike, but none of this is clear when making the reservation. Don't show up a few minutes early for the 8:00am breakfast, or you'll be admonished; yet there's no consequence if you show up at 8:00 and they don't have your breakfast ready until 8:15. There's plenty of signage about respecting other guests tranquility, but you can hear conversations through the walls and even the sound of people using the toilet in adjoining rooms. The noise outside due to a party one night kept me awake until 1:00am, with loud and drunken attendees then entering the hotel when the party dispersed. I did try to get a later check out -- by 2 hours -- which seemed to be an affront for asking, and was declined.
