Hotel Leopold

Cuando llegamos, una señora mayor que trabajaba en el hotel fue muy descortes con nosotros. Fue tanto que estuvimos a punto de buscar otro hotel. Cuando uno llega de un viaje lo mínimo que desea es que donde te reciban, por lo menos te digan buenos días y te expliquen un poco cómo funciona la estadía. Luego nos atendió un chico llamado Leo que fue muy agradable y mejoró mucho la experiencia.

The girl in reception was amazing and help us giving us some information about what to do in the city. ❤️

The room though was very bad nothing to do with the photo , the only good thing was that the bathroom was only new and clean. The room was very bad though.

Quarto sujo muito antigo e móveis partidos e sem qualidade, as imagens não mostra isso .

Hotel renovasyon aşamasında, içerisi toz ve inşaat malzemeleri doluydu. Bu haldeyken nasıl konaklama yapıyorlar şaşırtıcı doğrusu. Girişteki merdiven korkunç, valizle çıkılması inanılmaz zor. Odalar çok soğuk, birkaç defa dile getirmeme rağmen hiçbir şey yapılmadı. En kötü otel deneyimim bu oldu.

resepsiyon başka bir yerde, otel inşaat alanı, inanılmaz toz vardı ve çok soğuktu ama talep etmeme rağmen herhangi bir ısınma çalıştırılmadı.

Verbouwingswerken in het pand in het weekend, door werkzone toegang tot kamer, verlengkabels in de gang, TV werkt niet,...

O quarto estava um pouco quente. Falta ar condicionado

The staff were good, the breakfast was good, the location was good, however, the room really was poor. Renovation work was in progress so hopefully it’ll improve for future guests. The room was long overdue for a major overhaul. The stairs from the ground floor were extremely steep so anyone with mobility issues would struggle. There was also very little sound insulation between the room we stayed in and the room above which was quite a disturbance.

The room was poor. Long overdue for renovation. The bathroom was better but had low water pressure so not a great shower.
