La verdad es que para tener 4* es muy viejo y muebles muy antiguos tenía una bañera con hidromasaje que no funcionaba y de las tuberías salía porquería solo había una almohada muy delgaday el desayuno y la comida en comparación con el anterior hotel en el que estuvimos era de una calidad inferior, lo mejor de todo el personal de comedor era muy atento y servicial

Lo que me gustó fue la cercanía de la playa, la piscina y las animadoras. Lo que no me gustó fue el buffet repetitivo, empezaban a quitar las comidas media hora antes del cierre de buffet, las habitaciones lo único que hacían era la cama, los pelos y pelusas ni las tocaban, siempre dejaban alguna luz encendida y el cierre de la terraza abierto por el que puede entrar cualquiera. Los camareros del bar eran desagradables al ver que ibas de todo incluido. El corte del todo incluido es a las 11. La animación del hotel es para niños, para los mayores y juventud no hay nada

Colas en la zona del buffet, desayuno con poca variedad, zona mala para salir de noche, limpieza justa y camas donde deacansar se hace dificil.

La estancia en el Gran Hotel Turquesa Playa fue horrible, la habitación tenia hormigas hasta en la cama, la comida no era variada y la limpies a escasa.

El servicio de limpieza de habitaciones es malo,lo que es animación infantil bien pero para adultos tiene que mejorar mucho.La ubicación buena el problema es el APARCAMIENTO
