In early May this year my wife and I returned once again to spend some time in Casa Velha. We came with the usual high expectation of good service, quality and traditional comfort, sadly our hopes were severely dashed! I could detail all the various poor issues that we experienced but I resist as too numerous to mention! Maybe the best way to express our disappointment is to say, your standards have fallen below acceptability. While some of the staff did their very best to help us, they were obviously uncomfortable and embarrassed in the hotel’s demise. We have enjoyed our visits in the past.

Struttura storica affascinante e giardini mozzafiato! Abbiamo molto apprezzato Spa e piscina esterna! Molto gradevole trovare in camera un dolce sia come benvenuto che come saluto alla partenza!

La cena al ristorante al di sotto delle aspettative. Da migliorare l’organizzazione del personale per colazione e pasti
