Niveau de logement très satisfaisant. Accueil, personnel du services de chambre et du petit déjeuner sont agreables et à l'écoute. Le service de chambre au top. Climatisation ok. Buffet petit dejeuner tres complet et tres bon. Terrasse piscine jaccuzi super. Juste Vue balcon sur rue passante assez bruyante

We stayed at the hotel for one week, and loved it! Hotel was modern, clean and room had everything we needed. The room had adjustable air conditioning, which was great. The kitchen was equipped with a stove, kettle and fridge. It was possible to drink the tap water, but it tasted like chlorine so we bought the water from the shop. We had even a narrow view to the sea and sunrise. There was a traffic road in front of the hotel, but it didn’t bother us. Slept the whole week super well. There was a pool and a jacuzzi on the top of the hotel, which had a sea view. There was also self service drinks and icecreams. Jacuzzi was super nice and we enjoyed it at the beginning of our trip, but for the last couple of days it was cold for some reason. Best part of our stay was the breakfast. Breakfast was very full of fresh fruits, bacon, eggs, oats, cereals, cheese and more. Drinks included fresh juices, sparkling wine and of course coffee. After all would recommed the hotel, price and quality was on point.

Hotelli oli erittäin rauhallinen ja siisti. Paikassa oli monipuolinen aamiainen. Uimapaikallekaan ei ollut kovin pitkä matka. Bussipysäkki oli lähellä, josta pääsi Funchalin keskustaan.

Very nice hotel in a great location. Receptionist on arrival was welcoming and friendly and was able to answer any questions we had. The apartment was well decorated and spotless everywhere. Everything here you need (except a toaster ) for a self catering holiday. A two minute walk and you were in the main street with loads of restaurants and places to have a relaxing drink or two. If we find ourselves returning to Madeira we would definitely book this hotel again.

Great centrally located hotel to stay in. You have everything one step outside your door. The staff were all helpful and nice. The restaurant right next to hotel has great food and the servers were all very nice

We were here for 14 days. Simple clean rooms with private bathrooms. The device shows signs of use, but nothing that would bother. A rental car can be parked for a fee, and there are paid parking zones all around. The car park is small, not suitable for larger cars. Very nice and helpful staff at the reception. Breakfast buffet, rich selection, just the same every day. However, you can gradually put together a different breakfast for each day. Large selection of local fruit. Rooftop heated and clean pool and jacuzzi. Sauna for a fee. The downside is the location of the hotel on a one way street uphill, very noisy during the day with the window open. The windows insulate well. Rooms also have air conditioning.

Good location, helpful staff, clean and nice!

We had a fabulous stay. Very helpful staff, room was cleaned daily! Nothing was a bother! Small pool but was empty every day so more than adequate! Loved staying here, central to everything, easy walking distance to the main prominade and old town!

Great place to stay. Accessible area and the rooms were good. Terrace has good views, a nice pool, and breakfast has lots of options.
