Great location, clean apartment, friendly staff.

I found the location perfect. Walking distance to Funchal and short walk to the seaside. Next to a bus stop. Place very clean and tidy. Staff very friendly. I would definitely stay there if I ever come back to Madeira.

We stayed in the top floor 2 bed apartment which was great for our family. Very nice and clean. Little kitchenette was good for takeaways and snacks. Only thing lacking was washing up liquid and scourer which we expected but ended up buying from the shop downstairs. Also bring your own shower gel. Breakfast is a basic continental breakfast which suited us. The shop downstairs is handy for getting groceries. All staff are very friendly and provide a very good level of service. About 20-30min walk into Funchal or less than a 10min bus ride and bus 1 or 2 goes from the bus stop which is a few mins walk from the apartments. Overall lovely stay.

We spend 8 days at the apartments and loved it. The rooms are a nice size, with most of what you need to self cater. We would often pop down to the mini supermarket/bar/café for a coffee/ pastry/beer/wine/water... The staff were friendly and the rooms made up every day, with towels changed every other day and bedding every 4th day. The aforementioned was very clean. A nice walk into Funchal or along the promonaide in the other direction. Walking to the far end of Funchal was about 25 minutes. Beds were single beds, but easy to push together. You get pots,pan, plates, kettle, cork screw, cutlery, but don't forget washing up liquid and cloth. Small gel and shampoo supplied. Beach towels were extra to hire. Rooms have no air conditioning, not that we needed it. It felt pretty special in Funchal with everything Christmas still on display and all lit up in the evening until Sunday 8th Jan when it was all packed away. Hired a car from Madpoint (Recommend them!!) In the local shopping mall, for a couple of days which allows you to visit most of the island. The apartments were really good value. Overall an excellent experience

Séjour agréable dans studio. Propreté impeccable. Literie correcte sauf oreillers. Mauvaises odeurs passagères dans la salle de bains et bruit très fort du réfrigérateur. La navette aéroport et les bus 1, 2 et 4 pour le centre-ville de Funchal sont situés au pied de l’appart-hôtel. Une supérette fait corps avec l’hôtel. On y trouve l’essentiel à un prix très correct. Et le personnel y est charmant. Studio simple mais fonctionnel.

I had a great stay in this structure. The staff was absolutely lovely. Location: 15 minutes by walk to the centre of Funchal, very well connected with public transport, some supermarkets are very close, the one that belongs to the residence has good selection of products and not really expensive, considering that it’s at your door step! Room: decent size, very clean, room service was done on daily basis, dishes were washed too!! A plus as not many residences offer that. I was absolutely satisfied for what I paid and what I received. Recommended 👍🏻

Personnel réactif et communication très bonne nous avions un avion qui a eu 12h de retard et on nous a laissé le badge pour l'ouverture de la porte dans une box de sûreté à côté de la porte d'entrée. Merci à Marco qui nous as bien indiqué comment nous rendre dans notre chambre à 2 heures du matin. Supérette au rez de chaussée très pratique pour acheter tout le nécessaire manquant et bons prix. Très bon restaurants aux alentours, Atlantis, le Châlet. Arrêt de bus à 100 métrés pratique pour aller en ville et pour prendre l'aerobus pour l'aéroport. Proche des points de ramassage pour les excursions à la journée. Merci pour tout, tout était très bien.

Location was great (not right in old town, but a 20 minute walk), right on the main street, and safe. LOTS of restaurants, bars, grocery store, lido, car rentals, tour guide offices nearby. The hotel is very quiet, never saw another guest. The 2 bedroom apartment was excellent -- modern, bright, spacious. It's the best of a hotel (housekeeping, clean, comfort) and an apartment (kitchenette - fridge/freezer, 2 stove burner, pots/pans/dishes). We were able to buy food from the market and make our own dinners while sitting on the awesome balcony. Highly recommend. The airport shuttle was easy to book, and the parking lot is right across the street if you rent a car for a few days.
