PortoBay Serra Golf

Ayant vécu une 1ere expérience dans la chaîne des hôtels resorts Porto Bay, je m’attendais à la même qualité. A part la literie qui est toujours aussi extraordinaire le reste n’a pas suivi. La chambre est sombre car face à un mur végétal, le standing de l’hôtel n’est pas le même non plus. J’ai cependant apprécié la proposition de la réceptionniste lors de mon Check out : un panier pique-nique à défaut du petit-déjeuner que nous ne pouvions pas prendre faute d’un avion trop tôt.

Hôtel de charme dans un environnement verdoyant sur les hauteurs . La piscine est petite mais très agréable, chaude avec une partie jets-spa. Literie de qualité. Je recommande une halte dans cet hôtel.

Petit hôtel cosy avec beaucoup de charme. Bon restaurant.

The staff at the hotel was absolutely amazing, so friendly and helpful, especially Marília.

Room 301 in the main house is a lovely room with Juliet balcony and separate large outdoor terrace. The room is spacious with two armchairs and very comfortable bed. This would have been a top-notch five-star rating had it not been for the invasion of a few thousand ants. It took me and the horrified housekeeping staff an hour to clean them from a bag and the chair it was on. The dismissive response from the front desk was "oh yes, they come in when it rains."

Fantástico em todos os aspetos, só não conseguimos utilizar a área da piscina, pois esteve constantemente lotada.
