友人家族4組とゴルフを楽しむ為、こちらのホテルを選びました。 ４泊致しましたが、清潔なお部屋で朝食も美味しく、スタッフの方々も大変親切で気持ちよく過ごす事が出来ました。

スタップの方の対応がよく、お部屋も清潔で朝食も美味しく、 気持ちよく4泊過ごすことが出来大変満足致しました。

Hotel d'aspect extérieur et intérieur agréable mais problème important d'odeur peut être dû à la piscine en rez de chaussé très chlorée. Nous avons des difficultés à dormir du fait d'une odeur désagréable dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner peu interessant, jus en brique donc pas au niveau par rapport aux autres hôtels du même standing.

I spent two days in the hotel. Considerations: 1.Sauna not working and No instruction on how make it work,só instructions could improve. 2. massage need to be booked 24h in advance, which is fine but sometimes you just need in the next few hours which would be nice 3. Smell of the aromatic essences could be more neutral - the smell was bothering so much that made me wake up several times on the first night until I get used to it. Honestly, it shouldn’t be needed those kind of aromas 4. Noise, the guest on the next room was sick and sneezing the whole second night, the room should have acoustics treatment 5. They do not provide conditioner, I would expect that from a 4 star hotel - so bring your own 6. Breakfast. Could be much better, specially the juices, they could be fresh and not box. Coffee is very week, so on the second night I decided to order something else instead of having their filtered coffee. 6. Croissant and pain au chocolate should be fresh, Food options could be more authentic and explore the Portuguese coiousine it is fine to have French or English breakfast if they are well made, the pastel de nata was delicious. I would recommend they order authentic things from a padaria (cassetinho for instance)

A friendly hotel in the hills of Madeira, a 15 minute drive from the airport. Quiet, relaxing, good breakfast, the restaurant serves excellent (simple) dinners, the old block is lovely.

Charmant hôtel bien situé et proche de belles randonnées

Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement de cette hotel ainsi que sa taille. Le personnel est très agréable et professionnel.

Un hotel dans une maison très jolie et avec un personnel très agréable et professionnel. Le buffet du petit déjeuner était délicieux.

Die Zimmer sind sauber und zweckgerecht eingerichtet. Der Kühlschrank der Minibar wurde leider nicht richtig kalt. Der Pool ist überdacht und mit guten Liegen ausgestattet, so dass man hier auch einmal einen regnerischen Tag verbringen kann. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, der Kaffee war schon etwas abgestanden. Die Kellner decken leider sowohl beim Frühstück als auch beim Abendessen bereits für das nächste Essen ein, so dass erstens ständig etwas Hektik herrscht und man das Gefühl hat, bereits ein wenig "rausgeworfen" zu werden.

Personnel accueillant et compétent. Cadre très agréable, hôtel très propre. Chambre spacieuse
