Ensana Thermal Hévíz

Fantasztikus szállás, minden pontosan olyan volt, mint a leírásban. A környezet nyugodt, a szobák tiszták és igényesek voltak. Nagyszerű élmény volt! Az ételek kiválóak voltak, a személyzet pedig nagyon kedves és profi. Csak ajánlani tudom!

It is hard to list everything we liked, but I will try. The location is good in Heviz. It is close to the town centre and shops. But the hotel itself is so well equipped that you rarely need to leave it. The spa section, with its pools (swimming, thermal, and hydrotherapy), was fantastic. The spa section offered many different treatments (massage, medical and health). The staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast and dinner were fantastic, with a huge selection of food. The room was large and comfortable, and the provided bathrobe made it easy to walk to the spa. The bed were so comfy that only the lovely breakfast could make us get up in the morning.

Hmmm, this one is hard. I can't think of anything other than the 2200km distance from our home. The only part that could use a slight improvement is the elevators. They showed some wear and tear from the many guests who stayed in the hotel. If we ever go back to Heviz, we know where we will stay.

Ich war zum dritten Mal da, und 6. Mal in Heviz. Da ich auch andere Erfahrungen gemacht habe (auch keine schlechte) kann ich sagen dass Ensana Thermal die beste Adresse ist. Alles unter einem Dach, gross genug damit nie überfüllt wird. Der thermal Becken ist fantastisch, in zwei geteilt mit unterschiedliche Wassertemperatur, und wird jeden Tag entleert und sauber gemacht. Das Essen ist wirklich hervorragend und sehr vielfältig.

Maistas galėtų būti geresnis. Daug rusų kalbančių rusiškai, net jei jiems atsako vengriškai ar anglų kalba, besijaučiančių kaip rusijoj

Celý pobyt byl výtečný, jídlo bylo vždy v naprostém pořádku, obsluha velice milá. Kávovar na pokoji, včetně kapslí, nás mile překvapil. Hotelový personál byl také na 100% perfektní a ochotný. Čistota byla všude, jak v hotelu tak v prostorech lázní a to včetně polední desinfekce u vnitřních bazénů. Určitě na podzim opět zavítáme :-)
