Nice neighbourhood,the staff was nice but the breakfast was ok

After a two night stay I would rate this hotel as good to very good. The very good: location, dining staff at breakfast (lovely, friendly server), breakfast choices. Front desk staff are not particularly welcoming or helpful, but they are not rude. The interiors do feel, as others mention, a bit tired, and while the hotel may have been cutting edge when it opened, the rooms (and mattresses) could use some freshening up. The worst element is the bathroom, which was dimly lit, with a very dangerous shower — very slippery, no bath mat, no grab bars, and an open design that creates puddles of water on the bathroom floor. It is a terrible hazard that needs attention.

Så centralt det går och ändå lätt att komma till med bil! Enotek och deli runt hörnet och sedan är man på det fantastiska torget! Stora rum, tyst - sov gott med öppet fönster, men inget för den som vill ha mjuka sängar. Bra frukost, inget överdåd - så man går lagom mätt därifrån. Sötsakerna på buffén kunde med fördel bytas ut mot några grönsaker, men vi är ju i Italien och det fanns gott om fräsch frukt och ett urval juicer.

This was a terrific place to stay, both in terms of location (just a half-block off the cathedral piazza) and the room itself. My room was very quiet, and during the hot summer days I very much appreciated being able to control the A/C temperature. The bathroom was large. The WiFi worked well, although you have to re-login at least once/day. The staff was very friendly.

Good location, very central. Very modern decor. Good breakfast buffet.

Ottima struttura, in pieno centro. Disponibile comodo garage a due passi dall’hotel. Personale cortese e professionale. Soggiorno senza problemi!

Ich würde dieses Hotel sofort wieder wählen. Top Lage mitten im Zentrum und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Sehr netter Service: Von "ZImmermädchen" über den Service bis zur Rezeption. Angemessener Preis.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, tolle Lage und gutes Frühstück für diese Region.

Very nice hotel. Modern mimalamist design to rooms but comfortable and spacious. Staff very pleasant and professional. Breakfast was a very nice buffet which changed on a daily basis so nice choice
