Das erste B von B&B bezieht sich aufs Bett: Die Matraze ist ca 40 cm kleiner als der Bettrahmen, man kann maximal am Fußende Platz nehmen. Muss man aber auch, wenn nicht gerade alleine reist, denn es gibt nur einen Stuhl im Zimmer. Bad ist ok, sauber ist alles. Das zweite B bezieht sich auf: breakfast, das aber gibt es nicht. Basta! Als unangenehm haben wir eine elektronische Überwachung des Zimmers empfunden! Sie dient keinesfalls der Sicherheit, sondern nur dem Geldbeutel des Betreibers. Dieses Ding schaltet nämlich die Klimaanlage aus, sobald keine Bwegung mehr registriert wird. Und das bei mehr als 30Grad! Einzig die Lage ist hervorragend, aber ich würde jederzeit ein etwas weiter enrferntes Hotel vorziehen, denn Parkmöglichkeiten seitens des Hotels gibt es nicht, man muss ohnehin ins Parkhaus - und das ist ca 300 mi von den Eingängen der Arena entfernt.

The service was a little grumpy but some reception staff members were friendly. The room's ok but it directly faced the exhaust pipes from somewhere in the basement and, just as the rest of the hotel, felt really dark and heavy. The bathroom was ok too but so dark I could barely shave my face. I didn't pay attention but breakfast was included; yet nobody even reminded me of that when I checked in so I realized I paid for nothing at the check out. Not entirely their fault but wouldn't have hurt to inform me about their breakfast beforehand. The worst part is that checking out is 10:00 am and non negotiable, which I find unbelievable for a 4 star hotel. Felt like a youth hostel. Also, there was tea and non complimentary water but with cheap plastic cups that don't really belong there. The noisy fridge didn't help either.

L'Hotel non è male ma non convince sotto molti aspetti. La posizione è meravigliosa, centralissimo ma tranquillo, con un utilissimo servizio garage. Molteplici solo le belle idee: dalla hall, piccolina ma accogliente, al micro giardinetto interno, al design dei corridoi con pareti ad onda e faretti incastonati. Purtroppo molte delle "buone intenzioni" sono anche il punto debole di questa struttura. L'uso smodato di tessuti e moquette che richiederebbero una maggiore pulizia, da una sensazione di un ambiente polveroso. Per non parlare del lunghissimo corridoio, a dir poco cupo, che ricordano l'entrata alle case del mistero nei parchi giochi a tema. Il servizio nella hall, svolto da una sola persona che si deve dividere fra telefono, check in ed out, e servizio bar ed ogni altra richiesta; ispira più compassione per la malcapitata dietro al bancone, che desiderio di ordinare un aperitivo. Il bilancio quindi non è positivo.
