"Disappointing."

Some staff in reception were friendly.

Room was dated and dirty! Disgusting. Snot and other dirt up bathroom wall, showers full of mould, ceiling drips. Room fans absolutely full of dust! Self catering facilities were awful. Third pool closed during our stay and no one told us. Playground closed. Laundrette closed. Not informed of this. Not heated pools. Building work throughout the day. Not informed of this. Rude workmen too.

"Lovely Easter break at HG Lomo Blanco"

We had a lovely stay at the HG Lomo Blanco hotel. The location was excellent, near the main beach, Playa Chica, the old town harbour and Biosfera all within close walking distance. We had a great 2 bedroomed apartment (room 133) which got the sun on the terrace from around 3.30pm everyday so you could sit out in the evening. Check in with very fast with Claudia and the rooms were kept nice and clean. We didn't have an issue with the sunbeds but we could see alot were reserved early in the day and then not used until later in the afternoon. Would definitely stay again.

"Millorable. Mala relació qualitat/preu."

L'allotjament era ampli. Les instal·lacions com ara la piscina, el bar, el restaurant, etc. eren correctes.

Al arribar ens vam adonar que al lavabo hi havia una fuita d'aigua, al trepitjar el terra laminat sobreeixia aigua entre les juntes. Ben aviat ens vam adonar que era degut al "sifó" del bidet i el segon dia al matí vam demanar que ho reparessin. Vam haver d'insistir dos cop més. Una altra queixa que vam transmetre a la recepció del Hotel va ser sobre la cuina. La cuina, al ser d'inducció, només funcionava si el parament de cuina (olles, paelles, etc.) ocupava la totalitat de la superfície de cocció i això només passava amb un dels dos focs. Resultat, vam estar cuinant tota una setmana amb un únic foc. La resposta del Hotel va ser que coneixien l'inconvenient, que havia estat un error de disseny. No van posar-hi remei. La neteja? En cara estem esperant que la noia de la neteja s'aclareixi sobre que és el que ha de fer: Fer els llits? canviar els llençols? escombrar? no ho sabem nosaltres però ella tampoc.

"Gutes Quartier in günstiger Lage."

Geräumiges Appartement mit guter Ausstattung. Gute Betten. Küche mit knapper Ausstattung, aber für 2 Leute OK. Balkon zum Pool. Trotzdem ruhig. Pools sauber und angemessen beheizt. Überhaupt ist die ganze Anlage sehr schön und gepflegt, viel Personal kümmert sich! Sehr freundliches Team an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück. Das Frühstück ist fair bepreist, allerdings etwas am Geschmack der vielen englischen und irischen Gäste orientiert.. Lage prima etwas oberhalb des Strandes / Zetrums, aber alles, was man braucht, ist fußläufig erreichbar (Restaurants, Supermärkte, Bushaltestellen). Parkplätze gibt's eigentlich immer direkt an der Anlage - nur am St. Patrick's Day war alles zugeparkt :-)..

Das WLAN ist echt schwach. Wenig Bandbreite und häufige Ausfälle.
