Pleasant staff and nice pool area.

Rooms could do with upgrade. A bit rundown in areas.

Receptionist Claudia was quite rude and abrupt. Not very good customer service compared to all other staff

The complex is fabulous, 2 pools, loads of sunbeds, lovely pool bar serving food all day. The apartment was clean and comfortable with nice terrace which got the sun all day. The only thing missing was an iron which can be gotten from reception for a refundable deposit. The best thing about Lomo Blanco is the staff - the pool bar and bar staff especially were outstanding, so friendly and helpful and fun, nothing was too much trouble even when they were super-busy and under pressure. Location is about 6 minutes walk from the main strip and the same to the old town, and about 15 mins by car from the airport.

No negative feedback! One slight issue was that we had booked for 3 people (late addition of third person but this was requested and confirmed 2 months earlier) but the extra bed and extra towels were not there at first and had to be requested. It was resolved very quickly and no issues, but it might be good to check that any extras needed are in place before arrival.

The location is fantastic and the staff friendly. The rooms were clean and the whole apartment was rather comfortable.

The lack of window in the bathroom made it smelly (humidity) and the walls are quite thin. Besides, the kettle wasn't spotless

We have just returned from a week stay here. Everything about the apartments were perfect. The location is great, close to the strip and supermarket. The apartments themselves had everything we needed for an enjoyable self catering holiday. The room overlooked the pool and was clean and spacious. The beds were super comfortable. The staff are lovely, so helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. We booked to return whilst waiting to drop our cases off at the airport! We will request the same room if it’s available as we loved it. Thank you all for a wonderful week.

This place is absolutely stunning. The apartments are lovely with everything you need. Two beautiful pools and a lovely bar and restaurant. Not a long walk to the strip and everything you need nearby. I would definitely go back
