Property Notes

You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. From Monday to Sunday, treatments at the spa are available only if booked before arrival. When booking 5 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. Please be aware that is mandatory the use of the swimming cap in order to access to the internal pools. Pets (dogs and cats) are allowed with prior notice and with a supplement of €30/night per pet (maximum 15Kg). The Pets are not allowed in the pool, restaurant, beach or spa. Pets are allowed in all rooms except the Premium Terrassa Room. SPA RULES: - Spa water area open from 9:00-20:00. - Access to the spa costs 12 EUR per person for 2 hours and includes a bathing cap. - The use of bathing cap and slippers is mandatory to access the spa. - Children under 16 years old can access the spa from 11:00 to 13:00. Please note that on certain dates—such as New Year's Eve, public holidays, summer weekends, or other special events—meal plans and prices may differ from the standard rates (subject to availability). Chambre moyenne - pour le tarif et en espagne j'ai connu mieux.

La restaurant le buffet le soir a 30 euros pas conseillé du tout. J'ai l'habitude de voyager et la c'est abusé ! ca correspond plutot a un buffet bas de gamme avec friture a volonté .... Le personnel de restaurant : bcp d'attente. On nous a renverse des boissons en nous servant. Robe blanche taché de sangria et pantalon pour Mr aussi.... Ca arrive a tous par contre pas d'excuse et ensuite on a attendu pour le remplacement du verre. Pas de demande de nous prendre en charge le vetement. Ni verre offert pour s'excuser. Ne nature tolerante la pour le coup j'ai fait ma bonne francaise a raler... Personnel pas a la hauteur du prestige du lieu.

La piscina y los espacios comunes son muy bonitos.

Me parece increíble que, si no reservas una habitación con vistas al mar, te den un sótano con vistas a un muro y ruedas de coches, considerando el precio de la estancia.

Les espaces extérieurs sont verdoyants et très bien entretenus. Des logements de qualité. Le personnel est au top!

La piscine intérieure payante depuis cette année dommage... Surtout quand on n'utilise pas le sona ou le hammam.

Bardzo ładnie zaprojektowany ogród.

Relatywnie wysoka cena za kolacje lub obiad. Prawie 30 eu za osobę i do tego napoje płatne. Uważam że przy takiej kwocie powinien być bezpłatny bar z napojami alkoholowymi i nie alkoholowymi. Prawdziwie rozczarowała nas cena piwa w barze hotelowym 4,5 eu. Na plaży w mieście tylko w jednym punkcie było równie drogo. Napchaliśmy wiec lodówke piwami z marketu. Efekt tak wysokich cen bardzo prosty. Przez cały pobyt piwa kupiliśmy tylko dwa a kolacje tylko raz.
