Hotellialue on todella hieno. Alueen kerroksisuus kauniine istutuksineen oli mahtava. Uima-allas alue oli viihtyisä ja rauhallinen. Näkymät merelle 6/5.

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The staff were extremely rude and seemed more interested in their mobile phones or chatting with colleagues than helping guests. At lunchtime, we sat at a table that still had dirty dishes from the previous guests, and despite trying several times to get someone's attention, the staff refused to clear the table or take our order. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was also poor. Basic amenities such as soap were frequently unavailable, and the facilities did not appear to be properly maintained. Another major issue was that guests regularly smoked cigarettes from their rooms, with the smoke travelling into ours. As someone who suffers from asthma, this made our stay particularly uncomfortable and affected my breathing. Advice to management: train your staff. You work in hospitality, and guests should not feel ignored or treated with such disrespect. Good customer service should be the bare minimum.

Guests regularly smoked cigarettes from their rooms, and the smoke travelled into ours. I suffer from asthma, so this made the stay particularly uncomfortable. In the end, the rude staff and constant cigarette smoke completely ruined the experience.
